Consulting and EAP Services
Our business consulting and EAP services are designed to help you improve the efficiency and communication between all of your employees. Our goal is to work your company’s management and your employees to improve your employee productivity and thus improve the overall company performance. We will work with you and your company’s management team to design the programs necessary to build management and supervisor skills, improve team work within your organization or to help your staff with interpersonal relationships.
These programs can range for brown bag lunches on topics such as conflict resolution, performance reviews, or Myers Briggs Personality Assessments to corporate retreats dealing with strategic planning.
Discovery Counseling is an in-network provider with a number of Employee Assistance Organizations. We can work with you and EAP provider to develop a customized training program for your exact company and employee needs.
