Without emotional control, you limit what you can accomplish. Anger can be an incredibly damaging force, costing people their jobs and personal relationships. However, since everyone experiences anger, having a constructive approach to managing it effectively can turn it into a valuable asset.
Our anger management classes will help you achieve that constructive approach. You will learn how to identify you anger triggers and what to do when you get angry. Through specific coping and planning techniques, anger can be controlled.
The anger management program consists of 10 one on one sessions with a counselor.
You will also be required to purchase the book The Anger Workbook by L. Carter and F. Minirth. Sessions include working through the topics in this book.
The book is available on Amazon and other retailers.
After you complete the 10 sessions, you will receive a certificate of completion.
The anger management counseling and anger management programs are offered in Dillwyn Virginia office and draws people from Farmville, Buckingham, Cumberland and the surrounding area.
